1 lb ground beef
2 cups spaghetti sauce
3 cups GF dry noodles, spiral works well
3 green onions, chopped
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. In a skillet, cook ground beef, drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warm. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and place in baking dish. Top with meat and sauce. Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Spread over the top of the meat and sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
