Directions

Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.1.Rinse clams well under cold running water; discard any that are broken or open.

2.Clean grill with wire brush. Place clams on grill. Cook until clams open, 5-7 min. Discard any unopened clams.

3.Remove clams with tongs; serve immediately.

Chef Tip(s):
Mist cooked clams with one of our vinegar spritzers and serve with melted butter.
