Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
2-3 tablespoons Splenda (or sugar)
1-2 teaspoons vanilla
Dash salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into greased and heated waffle maker. Cook until done. Yield: 2 -3 Belgian waffles


*Fresh or frozen blueberries may be stirred in after the mixture has been blended
