Ingredients

2 cups gluten free baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
vegetable oil for frying

Directions

1. In a small saucepan or deep fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees.
2. Meanwhile, combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir just until moistened.
3. Form dough into 18 balls.
4. Carefully add balls to hot oil, 3 at a time. Cook 45-60 seconds, turning constantly in oil to cook all sides. Remove with slotted spoon into desired sugar mixture and roll to coat. Repeat with remaining dough balls.

Sugar mixture variety options
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon
