4 cups gluten free corn flakes, crushed
1 lg egg
1 tbsp water
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
6 thick pork chops
Vegetable cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350F.

Place crushed cornflakes in a shallow dish or pan and set aside. In a small bowl, lightly beat egg, water, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Dip pork chops into egg mixture and then coat with crushed cornflakes.

Place in single layer in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for about 1 hour or until tender. Do not cover pan or turn chops while baking.
