Ingredients

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1 prepared crust (gluten free crust)
1/2 c. Lime Juice

Directions

Mix juice, milk and yolks well. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes to set. After the pie cools cover and freeze. Can let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving or eat frozen!!

TIP: Be careful when buying low fat or fat free sour cream, cream cheeses and canned milks. Often a modified food starch or stabilizer is used to thicken the fat-free/low-fat products and these additives can be made with gluten.
