2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (Monterray Jack also works well)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped


Place the artichoke hearts and garlic cloves in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add cheese and mayo and pulse a couple of times until the mixture is blended. Place in ramekins and bake until melted. Normally takes less than 45 minutes.

Combine all ingredients except onion in and 8" x 8" baking dish; mix thoroughly. Bake at 375* F for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion; serve with crackers, chips or bread.
