Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled; reserve bacon drippings
1 small onion, finely minced
25 large mushrooms, stems removed
8 mushroom stems, finely chopped

Directions

Saute onion and mushroom stems in bacon drippings until tender. Drain and add with crumbled bacon to cream cheese. Stuff each mushroom with mixture and bake in preheated 350 oven for 10 - 15 minutes. Finish under broiler umtil tops are just browned.
