16 slices of GF bread cubed
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions

Arrange half of the bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 pan. Top with cream cheese cubes and then top with remaining bread. In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk and maple syrup. Pour over bread. Cover with saran wrap (make sure you dont use foil.) Refrigerate overnight. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before baking. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover bake 20-25 minutes longer or until golden brown. Serve with additional syrup
