Ingredients

1 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Oil 9" pie plate. Mix dry ingredients. Stir oil, yogurt and eggs until blended. Gradually add dry mix until blended. Scrape into plate. Bake 25-30 Min. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
