2 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x5 bread pan generously. In a bowl, sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. Cream butter and honey in a separate bowl, then add eggs. Beat thoroughly. Add bananas and dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
